Robert J. Hicks
Mr. Hicks is an associate in the firm's Real Estate Department. He is a graduate of Connecticut College (B.A., 1996) and the University of Connecticut School of Law (J.D., 2001), where has was a member and an editor of the Connecticut Law Review. Mr. Hicks practices primarily in the area of commercial real estate. His experience includes work on behalf of landlords, tenants, developers and lenders with respect to the development, leasing and financing of various property types. Mr. Hicks' finance work has included representation of lenders and borrowers in construction, asset-based, permanent and structured mortgage financings, in addition to workouts and other forms of secured transactions. Mr. Hicks serves as a member of the public safety committee in the town of Glastonbury, Connecticut.
