Mr. Vegliante is an associate in the firm's Business and Finance Department. He is a graduate of Boston College (B.A., cum laude, 1999) and Boston University School of Law (J.D., 2002). While attending Boston University School of Law, he served as a member and Symposium Editor for the American Journal of Law and Medicine.Mr. Vegliante practices in the areas of corporate finance and general corporate law. He has represented clients in connection with acquisitions, securities matters, venture capital transactions and the formation of business entities. His experience also includes representing lenders and borrowers in a variety of finance transactions.
