Mr. McGrath is counsel in the firm's Business and Finance Department. He is a graduate of Manhattan College (B.A., cum laude, 1989) and Fordham University School of Law (J.D., 1995). He practices in the areas of corporate finance, general corporate and real estate law.Mr. McGrath has represented clients in connection with the formation, operation and management of business entities, real estate transactions, finance transactions, business acquisition and sale transactions and trademark law matters. He has represented lenders and borrowers in real estate financing transactions and has experience in commercial leasing. He also has represented issuers, underwriters and borrowers in municipal finance and conduit financing transactions. He is a member of the West Hartford Design Review Advisory Committee.
