Ms. Haddad is Counsel to the firm, and a member of the Real Estate Department. She is a graduate of Fairfield University (B.S., Mathematics, 1994) and the University of Connecticut School of Law (J.D. 1997), where she was a member of The Connecticut Law Review. Ms. Haddad's areas of expertise include commercial leasing, purchase and sales, and finance.Ms. Haddad has extensive experience representing developers, landlords and tenants in connection with a variety of projects, including the purchase, sale, financing, development and leasing of restaurants, office buildings, medical office space, and industrial buildings. In addition, she has represented local, regional and national lenders in all aspects of financing commercial properties. Ms. Haddad is a past president and former National Delegate of CREWCT—The Real Estate Exchange and is currently a member of its Blue Ribbon Committee. Ms. Haddad was named a "Rising Star" in the 2009, 2010 and 2011 editions of New England Super Lawyers. She has lectured on the topic of commercial leasing, and co-authored "SNDAs: Can't Live With 'Em, Can Live Without 'Em?", Probate & Property, November/December 2001 and "Recent Lease Cases Highlight Potential Pitfalls for Owners and Managers", BOMA Greater Hartford Bulletin, July 2002.
