Ms. Haddad is an associate in the firm's Real Estate Department. She is a graduate of Fairfield University (B.S., Mathematics, 1994) and the University of Connecticut School of Law (J.D., 1997), where she was a member of The Connecticut Law Review. She practices in the areas of commercial real estate and finance.Ms. Haddad has extensive experience representing developers, landlords and tenants in connection with a variety of projects, including the purchase, sale, financing, development and leasing of industrial buildings, office buildings (including medical office space), flex space and restaurants. In addition, she has represented local, regional and national lenders in all aspects of financing commercial properties. She is a past president and current National Delegate of The Real Estate Exchange (the Connecticut chapter of the national organization CREW Network), and serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Knight Hall School in West Hartford. Ms. Haddad has lectured on the topic of commercial leasing, and co-authored "SNDAs: Can't Live With 'Em, Can Live Without 'Em?", Probate & Property, November/December 2001 and "Recent Lease Cases Highlight Potential Pitfalls for Owners and Managers", BOMA Greater Hartford Bulletin, July 2002.
