From the South heading 91 North:
- Entering Hartford follow Capital Area Exit (on left side of 91) to the end
- Bear right at rotary green
- Slight left to traffic light; through to light on corner of Pearl and Trumbull
- Cross Pearl Street and make quick right into underground parking garage
From the North heading 91 South:
- Take exit connecting 84 West; stay in right-hand land and take first exit off 84 West (Asylum Street)
- At traffic light, take left onto Asylum
- Go through three traffic lights and get in left-hand lane
- At next light, turn left onto Pearl Street
- At second traffic light, turn left onto Trumbull Street and quick right into underground parking garage
From the West heading 84 East:
- Take Asylum Street Exit

At end of ramp go right onto Asylum Street (directly across from train station) and get in left-hand lane
- At third light, turn left onto Pearl Street
- At second traffic light, turn left onto Trumbull Street and quick right into underground parking garage
From the East heading 84 West:
- Take Exit 54 - Downtown Hartford
- At traffic light go straight and bear left at Old State House
- At next light cross Main Street onto Pearl Street
- At next light take right onto Trumbull and immediate right into 100 Pearl Street garage
Take elevator up to main lobby, and second set of elevators to 12th floor.
